In the small, poverty-stricken village of motta,
Ethiopia, only two out of every 10 residents can read.
Serawit and I (Mistru) both from Ethiopia, have watched families
struggle to find money for their children's food, shelter, clothing and
Education. We opened Kana academy two years ago to break the cycle of
poverty, knowing that better education leads to self sufficiency.
